SGO Favorite Recipe
Protein Balls

-
1 cup oats
-
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (sometimes I like to toast it in a dry skillet before adding)

1/2 cup natural PB
-
1/3 cup honey
-
1 tsp vanilla
-
Handful dark chocolate chips
-
Optional: ground flax
After you mix it all together, put in fridge for like an hour then pull out, roll into balls. I make a big batch and freeze for weeks on end. Sometimes I use cacao nibs instead of choco chips.
