Garlic Fish Fillet

Fish fillet (walleye)

Onion sliced

Green pepper cut

Butter patty

Garlic salt

Pepper
Cut onion and peppers thickness to liking. Season to flavor. Seal ingredients inside of aluminum foil. Toss on grill for 6 - 7 minutes.

Grilled Fish Skewers

Fish cut into 1" chunks
-
red, yellow, and/or green bell peppers, seeded, cut in 1-inch chunk
-
red onion, cut in 1-inch chunks

Lemon juice
If you’re using wooden skewers, make sure to pre-soak them in water for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Preheat a grill over medium heat until you reach a steady temperature between 350º-400ºF.
While the grill heats, sprinkle lemon juice over the ingredients.
